AI Profit Blueprint provides AI Front Desk messaging services to service-based businesses. This page explains how SMS consent is obtained and how messaging is handled in compliance with applicable regulations.


1. Purpose of Messaging

The AI Front Desk platform is used exclusively for conversational, customer-care communication on behalf of our client businesses.

Messages may include:

• Appointment coordination
• Service scheduling
• Pricing or estimate inquiries
• Responses to customer questions
• Follow-up communication related to a specific service request

No promotional or marketing campaigns are sent through this messaging program.


2. How End Users Provide Consent

End users provide consent by initiating contact with one of our client businesses.

Consent is obtained when a user:

• Calls a client business’s publicly listed phone number
• Sends an SMS message directly to the business
• Requests service-related information from the business

If a user calls a business and the call is missed, a follow-up SMS may be sent strictly related to that specific inquiry.

Users may also provide consent during a phone call with the business. During the call, they may be informed that follow-up communication related to their inquiry may occur via SMS.

All messages sent are directly related to the original service request initiated by the user.


3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the user’s interaction and the nature of their request.


4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on the user’s mobile carrier plan.


5. Opt-Out Instructions

Users may opt out of SMS messaging at any time by replying:

STOP – to unsubscribe
HELP – for assistance

Upon sending STOP, the user will no longer receive SMS messages related to that conversation.


6. Privacy & Data Handling

AI Profit Blueprint does not sell or share SMS opt-in information with third parties for marketing purposes.

All messaging is conducted solely to support customer service interactions for the specific client business contacted.
